Pokémon Shuffle Content Update: July 19, 2016

Mega Manectric Competition, Rhyperior, Palkia, and more await you in this latest update!

The latest update for both Pokémon Shuffle and Pokémon Shuffle Mobile has gone live! The Mega Manectric Competition has begun alongside a host of other events appearing for a limited time! There’s still a few events from last week still running, so grab them while you still can – especially since you can only get Manectric from the current Pokémon Safari!

Here’s this week’s Pokémon Shuffle content update for July 19, 2016:

Competitive Stage

Mega Manectric Competition

The Mega Manectric competition stage is now live! Aim for a high score and rank against other players around the globe for a shot at valuable prizes including the Manectite used to Mega Evolve Manectric!

This event runs from now until July 26, 2016.

Great Challenge

Landorus (Therian Forme) Appears

Take on the Legendary Pokémon Landorus Therian Forme here! Don’t miss this chance to defeat and catch this powerful foe. We recommend Mega Glalie! Get Glalie in Main Stage 108 and its Mega Stone, Glalitite, from Main Stage 120. Using an Attack Power ↑ might also give you a better shot at beating and catching this Pokémon!

This event runs from now until July 26, 2016.

Rhyperior Appears

Take on Rhyperior here! Don’t miss this chance to defeat and catch this powerful foe. Consider bringing Whimsicott from Stage 138 along for this battle. Using an Attack Power ↑ may also give you a better shot than usual at catching this rare Pokémon!

This event runs from now until August 2, 2016.

Bellossom Appears

Take on Bellossom here! Don’t miss this chance to defeat and catch this powerful foe. Consider bringing Combusken and Charizard along for this battle. Using an Attack Power ↑ may also give you a better shot than usual at catching this rare Pokémon!

This event runs from now until July 26, 2016.

Palkia Appears

Take on the Legendary Pokémon Palkia here!  This powerful foe can only be encountered in this stage.  Don’t let this one pass you by!  Try getting in the way of Palkia’s disruptions with skills like Paralyze and Sleep Charm, or items like the Disruption Delay.  You might also want to try using an Attack Power ↑!

This event runs from now until August 2, 2016.

Daily Pokémon

Here’s the lineup of Pokémon appearing each day this week:

  1. Tuesday: Pachirisu
  2. Wednesday: Sigilyph
  3. Thursday: Tropius
  4. Friday: Farfetch’d
  5. Monday: Druggidon

This event runs from now until August 2, 2016.

It’d be a good idea to nab both Rhyperior and Landorus-T this week, as they’ll be excellent Pokémon to use against Mega Manectric during the competition.  Also, be sure to catch Palkia and Bellossom, as they’re among the best Water-type and Grass-type Pokémon in all of Pokémon Shuffle, respectively!
